Optimal performance comes from using PBO2 overclocking, full power limits, and +200mhz PBO settings on Zen 3. A bit more gain can be achieved with a negative curve optimizer offset—adjustments should be made in the BIOS. Once that's set, tuning memory/fclk and timing will significantly improve gaming results. Try the suggested settings with a -10 all-core CO offset to gauge improvement; if it works, I can help with memory tuning but I'll need details about your memory specs and ICs. Thaiphoon Burner is usually effective for this kind of work.

Sure thing! I'll give it a shot when I'm home. Regarding the TDC, it's normal to see spikes like 140% during Cinebench; just make sure you're aware of what you're doing and stay safe. Thanks!

TDC staying elevated doesn't always indicate the chip is delivering 140% of its usual current unless in extreme cases like P95 small ffts. In most situations, expect around 100A at 1.25V (125W) for your standard power output unless you're using a robust AIO or custom setup.
