Even if possible, I question its stability or performance compared to an iPhone. If you truly need iOS, you’ll likely have to own an iPhone. Alternatively, consider using a used iPad as a secondary screen before making the switch. Your comment brings back memories of running early Android development on a Touch Pro 2—still Windows Mobile at the time. It’s hard to imagine how far that project ever progressed. I recently chose an HTC Thunderbolt as my first Android phone and added LTE connectivity.

Also note that the reasoning matches what you asked about Apple devices before. Unlike Android (open-source), iOS is a closed system—only works with Apple products, either on iPhone/iPad or through emulation on iMac/MacBook.
