FPS and configurations suitable for running GTA V include a CPU/APU of AMD A10-7850K, 8GB G.SKILL Sniper RAM (2x4GB), 240-pin DDR3 SDRAM at 1866 MHz, a WD Blue 1TB HDD with 3.5-inch, 7200 RPM, SATA 6Gb/s, and 64MB cache. The system should be paired with MSI A88X-G43 or AMD A88X (Bolton D4) GPU, running Windows 8.1 64-bit.

The processor isn't performing well, yet your graphics card is okay. At reduced performance levels, you should see a score of 60 or higher.

It should function properly, though your processor might slow things down. I can't predict the frames per second since I haven't downloaded the game yet.

The 660ti operates smoothly at 45 FPS, with expected texture quality matching normal performance since it lacks VRAM. The previous setup used 2x MSAA and disabled reflections, which likely helped. While CPU usage can influence frame rate, the system should still function well.

Consider purchasing the AMD FX-8350 or swapping out your CPU.

Right now the situation is tight—4690k’s are all maxed out and 1080 ultra needs about 3GB of VRAM. Still, the bare minimum you need is a Q6600, and if that works, you’re good to go. It’s definitely well thought through, though the GPU will be the main issue. 280s are now affordable... most people just rely on hearsay from others without solid evidence or details.
