Hi i was trying to to fix a problem with my connection and I went into command prompt that most of the connections including Ethernet and Bluetooth says media state: Media disconnected. Is this normal? And if it’s not how do I fix it and would this be causing some of the problems?

Ethernet is likely removed if connected to WiFi. Bluetooth will also disconnect because it uses a different networking method that isn't commonly needed. Windows often leaves many devices unused, and software like VPNs can create virtual adapters that get removed when idle.
