You already have a PSU and graphics card installed. This setup seems suitable for your needs. You're still deciding between three options and haven't finalized your choice yet. You're okay with something basic, not requiring high-end specifications. Your RAM choice between 64 or 128GB is up to you. Product details and prices are listed below.

Rosewill cases are, from what I have seen, only fair when it comes to cable management and airflow. You can probably do better

To keep the same price range, the Phanteks Eclipse p400a could be a suitable replacement. (I usually suggest this case too!)

Wow, right? It's still a bit confusing. What do you mean by budget?

The available memory choices remain expensive.

I thought it was the same thing. Rosewill is just cheap fluff you buy when you're tight on money. Spending thousands on a build and wasting cash on the case is completely unreasonable. What are you really trying to achieve? There are very few workloads that require that much RAM or even more.

most systems don’t require 3990x or 128GB RAM unless you’re handling high-resolution video editing. For 4K content, use the recommended setup linked here: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Red_Fox_1293/saved/vhDJMp. If dealing with large audio files, let me know. For flow simulations, opt for an Xeon with a Quadro. There’s nothing that fits this exact configuration—just NO ONE and NOTHING.
