I miss the appearance of Windows 7 and wondered if it's feasible to modify Windows 10 to resemble it using a texture pack or similar method. How straightforward would that process be?

To some degree, it needs several programs. For the start menu, Open Shell (https://github.com/Open-Shell/Open-Shell-Menu) works well. Many YouTube videos demonstrate how to achieve a bigger change using various tools.
