No way, it won't happen. By then the PS6 will be released and the PS4/X1 will cost around fifty dollars. If anyone is actually building an emulator for that PS4/X1.

For the latest consoles, older games can be played via emulators, though this remains a gray area. You'll need to use authentic ROMs and a dedicated BD player for the PS3.
