Thank you very much for your response. I've always believed it's essential for the RAM to be placed in slots 2 and 4 only. If a RAM slot were to fail, it could cause significant issues. I've included a photo from my motherboard manual showing the correct installation positions for my CPU. Since my RAM is single-rank, I can safely install it in slots 1 and 3, or even 2 and 3 just in case slot 4 is faulty.
