You can create a new desktop in Windows and rearrange the taskbar items or change their order.

Sure, you can change the layout of your task bar or include a virtual desktop.

When you activate task view and set up a new desktop, the icons are moved from one desktop to another. I was curious if it’s feasible to have a taskbar that changes dynamically, essentially creating a new desktop whenever needed. I think I have a concept—maybe I could try it. I noticed something similar with many programs open: https://gyazo.com/12ea222e6d12249ef31b3a7a2bf36e8f, where the arrow shifts the program order.
