I never mentioned that before. I’m just copying the OS so I won’t need to reinstall it. Since I don’t have the product key from when I bought the laptop, I’ll do a clean install now. It will be fresh because it’s a new clone.

For a fresh setup, you'll require the product key. Since it's a notebook, the key is usually a label on the bottom or embedded in the BIOS.
