Your gigabyte 450M DS3H MMO has a VGA header for RGB control, while your motherboard only has a 4-pin LED CPU header. You can't directly map the VGA signal to the LED CPU header, but you could use a VGA-to-RGB adapter or switch to a different controller that supports VGA output.

Adapters are available on various platforms like eBay and Aliexpress. The 4-pin ARGB requires +12v, whereas the 3-pin ARGB needs +5v. Mixing +5v with +12v can damage components... Similar setup found here...
