I need a few clarifications about your setup. The manual you shared is for a Gigabyte motherboard, but I don’t see any images attached. Could you confirm if the pictures were included or provide them? Also, double-check that all connectors are properly aligned and secured according to the instructions.

The Evga GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra Gaming 10GB is compatible with a standard 24-pin PCIe power connector. Make sure the plug matches your GPU's specifications.

Confirm it has the 2 8 pin power connectors. It could be two 8-pin and one 6-pin. These are the right cables for charging the GPU.

You might need to connect an unplugged adapter to the PSU if you have more than two 8-pin connectors available.

No, there were more than two in the box with the PSU. It requires three 8-pin connectors to operate at maximum capacity.

This PCI connector features two connected 8-pin connectors. Should I detach one of the 8-pin connectors and swap it for a combined version, resulting in three 8-pin connectors attached to the GPU?

Since you confirmed it, yes. I'll use a different PCIe cable.
