Hi, I noticed you're getting triple screens for simracing. Your monitors are set to 165Hz with DPD and 144Hz with HDMI, but that’s not the main issue. With Nvidia Surround it seems only when all screens are DPD does it reach above 60Hz, which is surprising since I didn’t realize you had two DPD and two HDMI connections on your GPU. Are there any cables available that can send DPD signals to HDMI while supporting Surround? That way you could get at least 144Hz or maybe even 165Hz. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I believe it's unlikely. A DP cable is designed for HDMI and not for carrying DP signals. These cables are affordable, so you might want to give them a try.
