There aren't any mainstream CPUs with built-in graphics. However, affordable graphics cards are readily available.

Intel's integrated graphics are available only in certain Core iX series chips, while other motherboards may offer different options. You won't be able to run games like LoL on those boards.

Usually they relied on onboard graphics for the G31 or G41 boards. These systems weren't built for gaming, so I'm skeptical—but since LoL is free, it's worth a shot to see how it performs.
