I'm considering the options: X570 TAICHI, X570 HERO, and B550 VISION. It seems the B550 includes the newest features, while the others might be missing some. Also, I want to verify if the B550 has future fan header support.

Let me know your CPU model and the specific capabilities you require. The B550 Vision is ideal if you need Thunderbolt support. Clarify your needs so I can provide better guidance.

Need plenty of fan connectors on the motherboard to accommodate additional fans later.

I'm not sure if I truly need TB, but I plan to invest in a high-end system with all the best features. Perhaps I'll use a 4K display at 144Hz.

You're asking for a reason behind your statement, and it seems like you're referencing something about a black case. Let me know if you'd like to clarify or expand on what you mean!

Is this actually relevant? Are there more models featuring this on the X570?

Only the planning affects the outcome. I usually suggest the B550 instead of the X570 unless you really need something from the X570.
