Hello forum, welcome to the discussion! I just set up my PC with an i7-10700 and an AMD 6600 XT, but it seems like performance is limited. When playing Valorant at low settings, I’m getting around 230-260 FPS, whereas benchmarks show 400+ on low. Also, during AC Unity in ultra mode with smoke or crowds, my FPS drops to 56 or less. I’ve tried all the fixes online—BIOS updates, removing Adrenalin, reinstalling Windows—but the score remains the same. My specs are listed above. Could you help me identify any missing details? Thanks!

The issue is clearly here. A single DIMM won't reach DDR speeds. Upgrade to a 2 DIMM kit to resolve the problem.

Memory bandwidth restricted by a single channel will hurt performance. Verify RAM speed using CPU-Z. The app claims 3200MHz but may show 1600 if it doesn’t match. Enable XMP to fix this. Note: 10th gen CPUs on H510 boards max out at 2933MHz, so 3200MHz isn’t possible unless you use a different chipset.

You're absolutely right. The 10700 is struggling with VRMs on the H510M A-Pro, especially under load. Even a 10100 on an H510M felt like a bottleneck, and Fortnite wasn't helping much—only about 40W at full usage, which was limited in power.

Observe that the core frequency varies from 300 to 4000.

It seems like 2933 is the top option available. Considering @filpo noted issues with the motherboard's power delivery to the CPU, I suggest trying a lower voltage setting for the CPU to potentially cut power consumption and improve performance.

Here’s a clear way to approach your request:
Explain the steps you plan to take, ensuring they’re safe for your processor. Mention that you’ll be adding two 8GB RAM sticks from a friend to test your PC’s performance. Update the relevant section of your response accordingly.
Thank you for your help!

Undervolting offers better safety compared to overclocking since it avoids the danger of overheating your CPU from excessive power. In the Asus BIOS, the CPU voltage adjustment is typically labeled as vcore, and you should be able to apply a negative offset. Begin with a modest value such as -0.1 and test the system's stability using a stress test.
