Use Intel Extreme Tuning Utility to lower the CPU voltage, adjust the laptop’s back panel for better airflow, or swap out the thermal paste for improved cooling.

I strongly suspect the laptop is to blame, rather than its components. What are your technical details? Have you removed dust and given it a fresh coat? Is it using the High Performance power setting in Windows?

I’ve completely rebuilt the CPU and GPU in the laptop. I believe increasing fan speeds and undervolting the CPU are causing BSODs and power issues. I just received this laptop from my dad, which comes with an Intel Core i9-9900K and an RTX 2080 Ti.

I'm truly sorry for that, but it seems Linus mentioned compatibility with an RTX 2080 Ti, which is why I assumed it was a Ti model. My dad has an RTX 2080, so I thought it might be a Ti version. I’m really sorry for the unnecessary details I shared—I’m actually receiving my Comptia certification and just started my computer studies.
