Hey there! Your new HP Spectre x360 with i7-1165G7 and Iris Xe should handle Witcher 3 at 1920x1200 in low to medium settings. The high RAM of 16GB will definitely help performance. Just double-check the results from those calculators and games before you start downloading.

It will operate, though not optimally. The GPUs aren't great yet—they complete the task as intended, but their performance remains fairly constrained.

It should work, but make sure your RAM is set to dual-channel mode first. Also, be fine with playing at 720p with low settings—it’ll run smoothly.

On high performance settings it should run smoothly. Some similar machines can hit 30fps on low, and a comparable laptop with a similar GPU might do the same at high. It seems HP configured the X360 to use lower power limits. Source: https://www.notebookcheck.net/Intel-Tige...145.0.html

You can manage performance by mixing high and low settings. Not every adjustment affects speed equally, and iGPUs behave differently than dedicated GPUs. Ambient Occlusion demands a lot of processing and data transfer, making it tough on iGPUs—set it lower. Shadows also use much bandwidth and cost more, so keep them off or reduce their intensity. Features like post AA work well on the Iris XE, though MSAA isn’t supported. For visuals, aim for 1600 x 900 resolution. On a 15-inch laptop, this should look great, saving bandwidth and letting you boost settings elsewhere or maintain smoother gameplay above 30 fps. While not as powerful as today’s dedicated GPUs, careful tuning lets you enjoy many games effectively.

Purchase it on Steam to test performance. If it doesn’t work, request a refund. Note: You may receive a refund on Steam without questions if you play for under two hours and claim it within 14 days.
