I don't grasp the distinctions between various RAM modules in those models. They all share the same voltage, timing, and dimensions, though the retail prices differ slightly.

The hue makes all the distinction.

4-3600C18D-16GTZRX and 4-3600C18D-16GTZN are the same model. The RX claims compatibility with AMD platforms, whereas the N states full support on the newest AMD Ryzen 3000 series processors with AMD X570 chipsets. It seems the RX might not have been tested for Zen 2, though it likely functions, while the N is a bit more recent.

Neo and non-Neo models differ in appearance, while AMD and non-AMD configurations were largely similar during the early days, especially before AMD support was robust.

The variation lies in the actual DRAM modules inside. One employs Samsung B-Die, while the other switches to SK Hynix A-Die. This second model also meets AMD Ready validation, unlike the first which uses Samsung B-Die.

The verification means someone is inspecting each component individually, while the remaining items are shipped without any quality checks. Regarding the Samsung or Hynix chips, you can look them up online for more details.
