It works when you enable ultra settings in a specific area. The OP wants to know if 60fps is possible, so they check the most demanding situation. He doesn’t own a GTX 960 but has a 980TI SLI card. It’s only slightly less capable, right?

I believe we can cap the frame rate near 100 frames per second and ensure the physics remain stable. Just press F5 when starting the terminal.

I ran Fallout 3 at 75hz, but it felt too quick. I had to lower it to 60 FPS.
