Perform a fresh Windows setup, clean installation. Disable automatic driver updates, refresh BIOS via USB. Install chipset and storage drivers manually. Use the Windows Debloater by Chris. Turn off one drive in all apps. Enable Windows Update with Secure Only settings. Avoid using Windows Defender or similar security tools.
