Hello, I have a Z420 HP workstation with 8 RAM slots and it functions as a server. ECC support is likely available. My aim is to upgrade it to 128GB of RAM, but I’m unsure where to buy DDR3 32GB modules that will fit properly. Please assist me, thank you!

REG DIMMs are certainly compatible, but it really comes down to the motherboard supporting a C chipset or RDIMM, along with Xeon CPUs. I don’t believe they’re available for non-REG models, which typically max out at 16GB per stick.
