I've been playing this game since 2018, and I haven't faced performance issues before. Recently, I started streaming the game using a capture card, but the problem persists even without it. The game becomes slow and almost unplayable, dropping from 50 to 20 frames per second without any reason. Even at higher FPS, the movement isn't smooth. I tried optimizing with the Nvidia app or adjusting settings—high value for everything except shadows, highs for mirrors and lights, scaling set to 100%. I'm using Pro mods, brutal graphics, weather effects, international traffic, and a few other features. The performance remains unchanged whether I have mods on or not. My system is a Ryzen 5-4500 at 3.8 GHz (high performance mode), an RTX 3060 with 12GB RAM, and 2600 MT/s on Windows 11 from an SSD. Anyone can assist me?
