Hello everyone, I'm trying to connect my Reolink IP cameras using a PoE switch. After searching online, I found a TP link unmanaged switch and a nearby UniFi Flex mini 5 port managed switch. I’m wondering if I can use it without installing any controller software—it should work just as it comes out of the box.

Ignore the change I was considering—it only includes a single Poe port.

All my devices are pre-configured for basic functionality. This means no controller software required.

You can configure nearly any managed switch to behave like an unmanaged one.
