unlikely because when I set up Windows 8, there was roughly 70 GB of available space on a 120 GB SSD, without any additional software installed.

It seems unlikely... The W10 TP usually has numerous recovery points available, which is quite a lot of space.

Your virtual machine using Windows 10 is currently using 11GB of space. If Microsoft doesn’t enforce strict minimum space during setup, you should be okay.
