I'm setting up a fresh system with a Ryzen 7 3700X. The G.SKILL TridentZ RGB 16GB (2×8GB) DDR4 3200mhz RAM looks solid for that processor. Regarding power, your EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze supply should comfortably handle the GPU and other components. As for voltage, the CPU draws around 1.8V under load, so you're good to go.

suggest using a 3600MHz or higher frequency, though 3200 should work too. keep in mind dual channel.
