Hey, your PC runs smoothly with the 600W PSU and Ryzen 5 5600 4070 with 32GB RAM. I upgraded to a 4070 super and installed a modular PSU Azza PSAZ-850G because a standard 600W PSU only came with one PCI cable, but two are required. This unit is sturdy and looks great—it supports PCI-E 5.0 and an ATX 3.0 PSU. The issue seems to be... When you power on the PSU without any cables, it keeps clicking rapidly—about one click per second continuously. If you connect the CPU cable to the motherboard’s M.2 slot and the 24P cable to the motherboard, the new PSU clicks twice as fast! Pressing the case power button lets the system boot into Windows smoothly, and the PSU stops clicking immediately when you press the power button. The most curious part is that pressing the power button on the case causes it to shut down and then restart at double speed again. That repetitive clicking definitely comes from a relay. P.S. I tried shorting the pins on the 24P cable, but it works perfectly without any clicks. I also swapped out another motherboard, same problem persists with the old PSU.

It appears the device is faulty—submit a return or replacement request. You should have received a much better quality power supply like Corsair RM or Bequiet.
