Hello, I’m not sure if this forum is the right spot, but it seems like a great option. I’ve just begun streaming on Twitch and use XSplit Gamecaster. Since I also have a YouTube channel, I’ve configured XSplit to save copies automatically to my hard drive. My issue is that my voice is being recorded but there’s no in-game audio. Until now, the recording isn’t showing up in the stream. I’ve shared this on the XSplit forum, but haven’t gotten any responses. Do you have anyone with similar problems who could help? Thanks in advance. P.S. I’m using the paid version.
I'm not sure if this makes sense, but I took out my headphones from the sound card and connected them to the speaker's headphone jack, and now both my voice and in-game sounds are playing.
Problem Resolved: The person from Xsplit advised me to disable GX mode on my soundcard, which I didn’t understand but assumed was unnecessary. After doing so, I reinserted my headphones into the card and confirmed it worked properly with both my voice and in-game audio.
