I’m not aiming to modify the build or adjust settings myself. I just need to get my setup up to around 1T without OC tweaks, at least. My experience shows that 2T often works fine, but sometimes it causes POST issues. I’ve looked into the Samsung M-Die and found it’s a budget RAM option, which matches what I see. For XMP profiles, DDR3200 with settings 16-20-20-38 usually works. Regarding tRFC and tREFI, you set tRFC to 734 and chose tREFI at auto, which seems to be targeting 12480. If you want a higher value, you might try 8000 or higher, but it could cost more and give only slight performance gains. I’ve attached my timing data for reference. In retrospect, DDR3600 with 18-20-20-38 would have been a better choice, though it was a bit pricier.
