XP won't boot.
Probably not. Display drivers often resist a full uninstall, leaving behind traces that could hinder future installs.
1) Start in "Safe Mode with Networking".
2) Open the Control Panel and remove any Nvidia or AMD/ATI Display software still installed.
3) Delete the file named "Display Driver Uninstaller V.16.0.0.1", then run it twice—once for Nvidia, once for AMD.

4) After deletion, install "CCleaner v.5.64.7577" (the latest version for XP). Repeatedly use the Registry Cleaner until no issues remain.

5) Launch XP in Normal mode; display should work with a VGA compatible driver, possibly supporting higher resolutions based on your GPU.
6) Whenever feasible, obtain the newest GPU driver directly from AMD’s website. You may run the installer to include all features like "Catalyst Control Center" (unwanted bloatware), or extract drivers manually and install them via Device Manager.
(Not every AMD package provides these choices during installation.)
7) Dispel rumors about being unable to access the internet with Windows XP. (I’ve managed this for more than 20 years.)
