Trying WINXP 64it was a new setup. I installed SP2 via nlite and updated drivers, but Windows updates keep causing issues. Anyone know how to fix this?

They likely stopped supporting XP in 2014, which probably means they’ve already begun shutting down servers.

I discovered a piece of writing altering certain cryptographic folder names and pausing and resuming the cryptographic service, which allowed WSUSoffline to function.
