It only starts up after 4 to 5 tries each time.
Attempting to boot XMP Profile #1: DDR4-3000 CL15-16-16 @1.35V
RAM: DDR4 8GB 3000 MHz pc-24000 HyperX Savage (HX430C15SB/8)
Motherboard: MSI Z170A KRAIT GAMING (LGA1151, ATX)
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700 LGA1151

even though XMP Profile #2: DDR4-2666 CL14-14-14 @1.35V performs adequately.
