Hola,
Procesador: i5 6600k
Placa: ASUS Z-170A

The XMP rating is valid only when the kit is installed alone. With two kits, they often don't operate at maximum speed unless you adjust the settings manually.

I have two 4GB Corsair Vengeance 3000MHZ modules, and XMP works properly. Recently I added two more 8GB Corsair Vengeance 3000 modules, but the PC doesn’t display video and it powers off and on itself. I’m trying to manually set XMP to force the memory clocks to 3000MHz.

I would begin by adjusting the system agent voltage to 1.2V, and then proceed from there.

there are no assurances when combining DRAM sets, so consider increasing the DRAM voltage by 0.05. If that doesn’t work, raise the MC (memory voltage) by the same amount (+0.05). Adjust the sticks accordingly—starting from 8GB, then 4GB, 8gB, and finally 4GB per channel totaling 12GB.
