I prefer a stable "bench" profile and a couple of dedicated "24/7" versions—one optimized and one quieter. The 24/7 profiles need to be extremely reliable, while bench profiles just need to pass stress tests like 3DMark or Superposition. Thanks for the helpful advice!

It's a great choice with 16-16-16 for AMD. You might also try CL15-16-16 or 14-17-15, though it won't be as smooth. Testing at 16-16-16 on both AMD and Intel seems to offer solid overclocking potential, stability, and performance gains. I'm not currently using the 2700x build, but I've noticed good results with 16-16-16 so far. My current setup is around 8700K, locked at roughly 3.7GHz. It looks like a solid benchmark point for latency. I'll keep looking for another 2700x at 16 instead of 14.

I experimented a bit recently and managed to boost the RAM speed to 3200Mhz while keeping the same voltage (1.37v), SoC voltage, and clock speeds. This resulted in a 1.8ns latency reduction and achieved 3132 points in Cinebench R20. It seems my hardware was quite helpful, particularly the CPU (4.1Ghz @ 1.31V / 1.28v under load). Thanks for sharing those useful tips!
