I purchased a PC in June or July, and I was told Ryzen performs best with quick memory. I only got 3000MHz, but I set it to 3GHz today. It worked well at first, especially for Overwatch. After about ten minutes, it crashed. Other programs like Opera also seemed unstable, possibly lagging or unresponsive. I restarted the machine and did everything normally, but nothing changed. I reset it back to 2133 MHz, but I’m curious why the advertised speed isn’t being realized.

I believed the 3200MHz models were from the Ryzen 2xxx lineup... initially only a touch higher than the standard 2133MHz. Even then, it's often a bit of a chance. My R5 2600X on an Aorus Pro B450 won't let my 3200MHz Corsair Vengeance stay stable above 3000MHz.
