I've managed to get stable at 3200 with 1.25V. After some work it booted up to 3400 but programs would close unexpectedly. It seems I hit a ceiling. The RAM supports 3600MHz CL18-22-22-42 at 1.35V, though I'm unsure if going higher is safe—I previously tried 3400 at 1.3V without stability and saw blue screens. My CPU is at 2700x, possibly the memory controller isn't as strong as the 3000 series.
