Hello everyone
After assembling my new PC, I was let down by the RAM performance, which only reached 2133 MHz instead of the expected 2400. After checking forums, I shared information about adjusting XMP settings in BIOS. Then I configured the XMP profile and everything worked until the next day. The PC would boot with this message: http://imgur.com/efHpmVu. I pressed F1, but without making any changes, it still booted normally, though the issue persisted the following day. Eventually, I decided to update the BIOS, but the change only appeared in the morning.

Mobo: ASUS PRIME H270M-PLUS
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 8GB 2400
CPU: I5 7500

So XMP needs to be applied. Try this: reset CMOS. At next boot, go to BIOS, select Load Optimized Defaults (F5), Save and Exit. After reboot go to BIOS again, turn XMP on, Save and Exit. If that doesn't work, you might need to adjust RAM voltages. Also, the issue might only occur in the morning because the PSU when starting cold can't maintain the correct voltage range. If you have another PSU, you could replace it and see if the problem persists.

I built my new PC and was let down by the RAM speed being 2133 instead of the expected 2400. After checking forums, I learned about XMP settings in BIOS. I adjusted the XMP profile and everything worked until the next day. The PC would boot with this message: http://imgur.com/efHpmVu. I pressed F1 and it still didn’t work without any changes, but the issue appeared again the following day. Then I thought about updating the BIOS, but it only showed up in the morning. It seems like the CPU wasn’t overclocked—it wasn’t even a K CPU.

This configuration accommodates 2400 natively, eliminating the requirement to use XMP. It should work out of the box. Please share a screenshot from CPU-Z and confirm the SPD settings.

No JEDEC profile exists with a specification of 1200 MHz.
