I just turned on XMP on my computer. After saving the settings, it crashed and now I see a black screen. I removed the CMOS battery and also tried the CMCON pin adjustment, but it still doesn’t work. If anyone can assist, I’d really appreciate it.

It’s time to update your Discord username because you don’t seem capable of handling such tasks, let alone hacking. After resetting CMOS, you usually need to wait a few minutes before proceeding. Removing the battery is essentially a last option for clearing CMOS. This seems to be related to a Chromebook. Could there be another significant problem at hand?

It's been a while since I updated my profile, so maybe it's time to refresh it. I also left it on the desktop for a while, but it's not functioning properly now.

XMP doesn't ensure your processor will support it, since it's essentially an overclocking solution. CPU: Motherboard: Memory Part Number & Rev:

It's an overclock, but you can undo it.

Did you disconnect it from the AC power? The CMOS can keep its charge if you haven’t also unplugged it from the wall.
