It looks like the standard BIOS screen. In order for anything to be wrong there it has to be really screwed up. By KS standards it's not great. SP isn't everything, you can still get a low SP chip that overclocks like a dream, but that one isn't spectacular or anything. Error codes in Windows are usually just the CPU temps. There's a setting in the BIOS that has the board readout the CPU temperature on the POST code once you get into Windows, that's probably what's going on there. If they were happening in boot, that's one thing. If your board isn't able to get over 5800 to work though, I'd be a bit concerned. Even the worst motherboards can do 6400 reliably with 2x16GB and a decent kit of RAM on 13th gen, if your Apex isn't able to do that there's something up. Again, I'd be contacting ASUS to get an RMA because it just isn't behaving like it should.
I'm facing the same problem with identical specifications except for the 13900k and RAM speed of 7800. I'm pretty sure it's the faulty RAM, so I've bought some TeamGroup 7600MHZ sticks. If this resolves the issue, I'll consider replacing the RAM. Otherwise, I'll definitely send the motherboard back. I've already tried two different 13900k units and still have the same problem.
