I activated XMP on my newly built system (motherboard uses newect bios) and it still crashes occasionally, sometimes working but often not. My RAM is Corsair 6000MHz CL36, motherboard model B760 AORUS ELITE (rev. 1.0), and the CPU is 14700K. Any suggestions or solutions?

Activate XMP settings and slightly reduce memory speed manually. Is the motherboard's BIOS version current?

Adjust any OC settings for GPU, CPU, or RAM and manually configure them to run at 6000.

XMP is an Auto OC tool. Adjust the RAM speed to 6000 in BIOS manually.

It seems like you're confirming it's functioning as expected after a system boot.

It's been a day and I attempted to restart my system, but it didn't work until I adjusted the frequency back to 4800MHz. Consider other possibilities?

Update your chipset drivers and attempt to re-seat your RAM.
