Hello everyone,

I’m encountering an error – 0x80070005 with Metro Exodus and 0x80004005 for State of Decay 2 – when attempting to download these games. I haven't located much information regarding these problems.

I’ve attempted the following: re-downloaded the Xbox application, reset the Windows 10 Store, restarted my modem, verified that all updates were installed, and nothing has resolved the issue.

Therefore, I was hoping someone might have experienced this same problem and found a solution, or if it's potentially a Microsoft-related concern requiring patience.
