Completed a fresh system installation and can’t power on Windows 10. No error messages or lights, but I can access BIOS. Build details: Asrock x670e Steel Legend with latest BIOS (1.18), Ryzen 7900x3d Corsair Dominator 2x16 at 6000 MHz, RAM set to auto and currently 4800 MHz. RTX 4080 paired with a 500 GB Samsung SSD from the previous build running Windows. Any advice would be helpful.

For this reason, consider changing the drive to GPT (if it's already GPT) or reset and reinstall Windows. The latter is better. Changing it to GPT doesn't ensure everything will function, so it's recommended to build a new PC from scratch.
