X670E in stock now; choose asrock or hold for ASUS.
there are several Asrock AM5 boards available in my country at fair prices. I haven’t owned any Asrock before and currently have an ASUS Helios case. The model I was considering is the ASRock X670E Steel Legend, priced around 400 bucks. Would you prefer to wait for ASUS or go with it?
Consider reviews before purchasing these boards. Avoid focusing solely on Asus; other brands like MSI and Gigabyte offer comparable quality at lower prices. Choose based on your budget and required features rather than brand loyalty.
Note: In the EU their support is excellent, quickly replacing a board within 14 days including shipping from both retailer and ASRock. US and Asia support appears less reliable compared to Asus or Gigabyte.

Wait for feedback on particular boards. Avoid decisions tied to a specific brand.
ASRock is performing well now. It's been installed on five machines I've assembled, from the B450 up to the x570. Everything looks great.
I reside in the Netherlands. My last check confirmed I'm still within the EU. However, they plan to update it, but you haven't felt that change before. A 14-day wait followed by another motherboard shipment just to confirm. They sent a lengthy apology letter. Now things are just average—possibly even lower than before, since my friend waited two months for a new GPU, which was unusual. Still, the premium pricing remains unclear without any real reason. Depending on the name they used ten years ago, they seem inconsistent with their current approach.
We were discussing ASRock. About a year ago I believe, it hasn't changed much. Also in the Netherlands.
