For the PSU, review the tier list and select form tier A or B, excluding low priority options. Regarding the GPU, NVIDIA is preferable for Adobe, but given the 5700XT's superior performance over the 2060, it will be more effective.

Consider your current needs versus future upgrades. If you plan to use the graphics card heavily soon, the RTX 3000 might be better. Otherwise, the RX could suffice now.

It seems you're considering the Taichi setup with your preferences in mind. The postcode and VRM heatpipe are good choices, and based on your experience, cooler components tend to last longer. It's a solid plan, especially since you're starting out. The X570 is also a smart future upgrade. This isn't a bad idea at all!

Probably once the new cards drop, I’ll be sure about the GPU choice. Right now I’m focusing on getting the right motherboard, just in case demand spikes unexpectedly.

For b550, the pros include a pro, mortar, tomahawk, Aorus Pro, steel legend, and Strix F. If you're thinking about an x570, the tomhawk and TUF are solid choices, plus the elite model—though it's missing some features such as troubleshooting LEDs.
