I experienced a bit of a mix-up editing your post before you received it. That link didn’t work for me, but I managed to locate the exact content you were looking for. Regarding the X570 board with double 3.0 and double USB-C, there are no slots available for vertical installation on my setup.
I could possibly try an extension card similar to this, though I’m hesitant about getting 10% stars and not feeling confident buying it.
Mostly speaking, there seems to be just one AM4 board with both USB 3.0 and USB C ports. The Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Extreme fits the bill at around $1000, which is significantly more affordable than the $1200 price tag.
I was uncertain at first but noticed the motherboard selection. This suggests the original release had no consumer-grade CPU options that fully supported all front IO, which is quite surprising to me. I plan to compare and look for a higher-rated model of that 3.0 and USB card if you have any ideas on how to search. If you already have something in mind, it would be helpful.
