You can use the M.2 fan header and the w_pump headers for chassis fans.

Yes, it's feasible, though you'd avoid the w_pump header since the connected fans (or AIO_PUMP) would operate at full speed all the time, rather than being managed by Q-Fan. The M.2 header works well for chassis fans, and setting CPU_OPT would also be acceptable.
