I'm interested in hearing if others have bought and played this game. I possess the original 1999 CD edition, though I understand it might be possible to modify it for modern systems—though my attempts resulted in a less than ideal experience. If I were willing to invest in a new copy after 16 years, I'd prefer a smoother, higher-quality playback. I suspect they've updated it for current Windows versions, but I'm curious about its support for 16:9 displays. I believe the original was limited to around 30 frames per second and often suffered from severe screen tearing. Could you confirm if the GOG release can handle 60 FPS? GOG just announced the game recently, and I haven't found clear answers on the usual forums. Appreciate any help you can provide.
