Windows 10 refers to the operating system version you're using. Keep updating to the latest releases because older editions stop receiving support after two years. Enter "winver" to check your specific build, avoiding outdated labels like Version 1507 or 1511 which are no longer supported.

It appears your system is using a 32-bit Windows version, which may require a 64-bit upgrade. You can verify this via the support page provided.

It might happen, though it's not very probable. People have probably installed 32-bit by accident, maybe the company should have offered 64-bit options instead.

If you're using a 32-bit version of Windows 7 or 8 and upgraded, you'll likely get 32-bit Windows 10. This is more frequent than you might expect.

It seems likely, though, with the exception of W7 improvements, 32-bit isn't widely used. Win8 32-bit was only available on certain high-end systems, meaning you needed to purchase it separately or risk being limited to older technology from around 2006.
