Hey there! That setup sounds pretty powerful—i7-9700K, 4.9GHz, 32GB RAM at 3200MHz. But it’s struggling to hit even 70 FPS. Maybe the game isn’t optimized well for that configuration. Rockstar seems to have some issues with tuning it up.

They weren’t loading the CPU or GPU at such high speeds. Is the 3080 reaching nearly 2GHz? Why does the MEM show 810MHz? Which recording program is he using? How can so many background apps run during a benchmark? Dude, you really need to change your YouTube channels!
