I’m new to assembling a PC, so I want to verify that everything fits well and functions properly.
I used Pcpartpicker to list all the components easily.
Do you know what the disclaimer means? Should I replace any parts?

Disclaimer: Certain physical limitations aren’t verified, like RAM spacing with coolers.
Seems like you just used partpicker's default choice. It is functional, not exactly optimal. Can't say I approve of some of those prices though. The chassis particularly seems a little much.
Not quite sure I understand the two 1TB PCIe SSDs. You have limited slots, better to get a 2TB drive and then expand later as needed.
6700 XT are falling out of stock, so their price is going up rather than down. RX 6800 is bigger and cheaper at the moment. 6750XT are also at $300 if you want to spend a little less. A little faster than the older 6700XT.

It will mainly be used for gaming, but also other activities like video-editing and coding.
It looks good overall. However, for gaming the GPU is the most crucial component. If you manage to upgrade to a better one, you could gain advantages. The two alternatives mentioned would already enhance your gaming experience. Also worth mentioning is that ray tracing and DLSS are areas where Nvidia performs better than AMD.
